Armin Strom – One Week – Manufacture Edition

The One Week Manufacture Edition proves that measuring time can be a three-dimensional experience thanks to its intricately crafted mechanical architecture. It’s a ticking exploration of horological depth that can last up to seven days. The One Week Manufacture Edition rejects the conventions of what a watch dial is supposed to look like. Instead, it presents time through a layered architecture of anthracite PVD-coated bridges and plates. Each component is positioned to create a mechanical landscape that reveals new details from every angle.

True to Armin Strom’s aesthetics philosophy, which is deeply rooted in the classical craftsmanship of haute horlogerie, each component of the One Week Manufacture Edition undergoes meticulous hand-finishing. Geneva stripes flow across the bridges, while straight and circular graining create subtle shifts in texture. The cone that drives the power reserve indicator is hand-polished, as are the many bevels that catch the light with the highest precision across the timepiece. Among these refined details, the polished ratchet wheel bevels stand out as particularly striking. The frosted mainplate provides the perfect backdrop for its mechanical performance.
