The tourbillon mechanism, which occupies the lower half of the dial, is characterized by a balance wheel with three blued masses – based on the aesthetics of the Rising Star tourbillon –, an escape wheel connected to its axis by two curved arms instead of four straight and a shank anchor inspired by those of the in-house pocket watches of the second half of the 19th century.

The Virtuoso V integrates two complications that are difficult to combine: jumping hours and retrograde minutes. The jump of the hour disk must be perfectly synchronized with the jump of the minute hand. A power reserve indicator completes the indications by displaying a remarkable autonomy of five days with a single barrel. To add to the timepiece’s functions, the watchmakers developed a corrector that is independent of the hour disk. It allows the Virtuoso V to display a different time zone on each side of the timepiece.

Versatile and elegant, the Amadéo Fleurier 43 Monsieur BOVET displays the hours and minutes on both front and back, as well as the seconds with a patented double coaxial display. The Monsieur BOVET features a seven-day power reserve and a frequency of 21,600 vph powered by a single barrel.
